I’m going after whomever “Frank Leigh” is for doing work similar to what I do and appropriating my style of work. From the General Allegations write up on Page 2 of the lawsuit, Paragraph 7: “Defendant and his co-conspirators cause the Websites to be created in a manner and appearance to create the false impression that the Websites had been created by the Plaintiff.”

It’s important to know who is making the decisions about what stories to report on, what information to include or exclude, sourcing, and specific language used in both headlines and within the body of stories.

These days, with the kind of divisiveness we’re experiencing across the country, it’s important to know the agendas of those who are driving the conversation.
